BEHIND THE COPY…
Allison Seibel was born-and-raised in the Chicago area, which you will figure out quickly as she is a die-hard Chicago Blackhawks hockey fan. Her slight accent and powerlessness over any 1990s—mid-2000s alt-rock ballad she heard on B96, 103.5 and 101.9 FM radio stations may also be a dead-giveaway to her proud Windy-City roots.
She joined her older sister when she moved to Las Vegas in early 2019, after living in New York City for six years and attending college at the University of Missouri - Columbia (aka Mizzou). During college, she participated in a study abroad program (complete with a dream internship) in London, England. As you may be able to tell, not weather, coasts nor pizza-style allegiances hold her back from her craving for travel and experiences.
Her favorite “home-base,” however, is with her family on St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands, relaxing at her parents’ house they bought in 1999. Ironically, unknown to them at the time, that house is about 50 feet to the right of where they are pictured here in 1991.
Allison still exudes the same energy as pictured, with a DIY-proclivity for creating furniture, decor or any home item. Her father couldn’t be prouder of her from the moment she asked for a bigger toolbox and more power tools for Christmas. She loves working with color, light and energy from all eras. Lastly, nothing melts her heart and soul quite like her beagle-basset hound mix.
